Rewards Center: Levels, XP, Missions, and TradePacks

Tradeify Rewards Center rewards guide: earn XP and Gems from missions, level up to 50, open TradePacks in the Shop, redeem Vault prize codes, plus leaderboard, seasons, limits and FAQs.

The Rewards Center is Tradeify's rewards program. Trading, journaling, passing evaluations, taking payouts, and taking part in the community earn you two things: XP, which raises your level and your leaderboard rank, and Gems, which you spend in the Shop to open TradePacks and win prizes such as discount codes, evaluation credits, and account resets.

In short:

  • Missions pay XP, which raises your level and leaderboard rank and is never spent, and Gems, which you spend.

  • Gems buy TradePacks in the Shop. Every pack you open awards one random prize card.

  • Prizes land in your Vault as codes you redeem at checkout on the Tradeify site.

  • Your first pack is effectively free: setting your leaderboard name pays 2,000 Gems, exactly the price of a Paper Pack.

  • Gems, XP, and prizes belong to your Tradeify user account, not to any single trading account, and they do not expire.

The sidebar link reads Rewards Center and the page header reads Rewards Center. Both names refer to the same page.

⚠️ Before you start

  • Gems have no cash value. Gems cannot be bought, sold, given to another trader, or withdrawn. They exist only to open TradePacks inside the Rewards Center.

  • TradePacks are a game of chance. Odds are published for every pack, each open is independent, there is no pity timer and no guaranteed prize after a number of opens, and a pack open cannot be reversed or refunded.

  • Trading missions currently count Tradovate accounts only. Trades placed on Rithmic or WealthCharts do not count toward trading missions yet. This is stated on the affected mission cards.

  • You must accept the Rewards Center Terms & Conditions before you can claim a reward or open a pack. The prompt reappears whenever the terms are updated, and claiming is paused until you accept the new version.

  • Prize codes are single use and locked to the email address that won them. They are not transferable, and they are not valid on bundle or promotional package offers. They do not expire.

  • Everything you earn belongs to your Tradeify user account. Gems, XP, your level, and your Vault prizes are not attached to a trading account, so they survive an account being breached or closed, and they do not expire.

  • If your Rewards Center says COMING SOON, the program is rolling out in stages and your account is not in the current group yet. Nothing is broken and nothing is lost — your missions start counting once you are included.

Where to find the Rewards Center

Open your Tradeify trader dashboard and click Rewards Center in the left-hand sidebar. Everything happens on that single page — the tabs across the top (Overview, Missions, Shop, Vault, Leaderboard) switch between sections rather than navigating away.

The level and Gems pill in the top-right of the dashboard header follows you around the dashboard. Click it to see any finished missions waiting to be claimed, so you never have to hunt for an unclaimed reward.

Who can take part

The Rewards Center is open to traders on both evaluation and funded accounts. Missions, XP, and Gems work exactly the same either way. The program belongs to your Tradeify user account, not to any individual trading account.

That distinction matters if you hold more than one account:

  • Repeating missions count once per period, not once per account. Green Print pays for finishing a day green — once for that day, whether you traded one account or five.

  • XP and Gems do not multiply with the number of accounts you hold.

  • Purchase missions are the exception. They pay per purchase, so buying three accounts credits Gems three times. There is no cap on Gems from purchases.

The Overview tab

The Overview tab is the Rewards Center landing screen. It shows your level and XP progress toward the next level, your Gems balance, your next level milestone reward, a preview of your active missions, the pack shelf, and a Recent Activity feed of everything you have earned lately.

Levels, XP, and level rewards

Every trader starts at Level 1 and can reach Level 50. XP earned from missions moves you up a fixed curve: the early levels come quickly and the later ones take longer. XP is a score that measures how far you have come — it is never spent, and it is what the leaderboard ranks you by.

Certain levels carry a title:

Level

10

Sharpshooter

20

Assassin

30

Outlaw

40

Leveling up pays Gems. Every level gained pays a small automatic bonus, and milestone levels pay considerably more:

Your Overview tab always names your next milestone level and what it pays, so you can see your next large Gems drop before you reach it.

Missions: how you earn XP and Gems

Missions are how you earn XP and Gems. They are grouped by how often they reset, and the Missions tab has a filter for each group.

What it covers

Getting Started

Never — each is done once

Setting a leaderboard name and profile photo, connecting Discord, following the social channels, your first trade, your first education lessons

Daily

Every day

Writing a journal note, closing a trade, finishing the day green, sharing Tradeify content on social, posting in the Tradeify Discord

Weekly

Every Monday

Trading five different days, journaling three days, getting through the week with no daily loss limit breach, helping other traders in Discord

Monthly

Every calendar month

Sharing your trader card, finishing the month in the top 100, top 10, or at #1 on the leaderboard, holding a funded account through a full calendar month

Milestones

Never — career milestones

Three green days, passing a Growth or Select evaluation, your first approved payout, promotion to a Live account, a payout on a Live account, a 150K allocation, cumulative payout milestones at $10K, $50K, and $100K

Purchases

Every purchase

Gems credited automatically when you buy an evaluation, funded account, or reset — once per purchase, so several purchases pay several times

What each group is worth

Each group header in the Missions tab shows a running total, which is your progress toward everything that group has to give. A Daily header reading 0 / 70 means the five daily missions add up to 70 Gems. It is not a cap.

Milestone

15,000 XP + 1,500 Gems

The $50K and $100K payout milestones pay more again. Every mission card in the Missions tab states its own reward, so that tab is always the current answer.

Milestones only count what happens from here. A promotion to a Live account or a 150K funding that happened before the Rewards Center launched does not credit its mission. The payout milestones count approved payouts added up since the program began, and every approved payout moves the bar.

Gems for purchases

Buying an evaluation, funded account, or reset credits Gems automatically, every time, with no cap and no daily limit. Purchase Gems scale with what you spend, so a large order pays a large amount, and none of it counts toward the daily or weekly mission totals. A Growth 25K evaluation pays 100 Gems, a Lightning 25K funded account pays 400 Gems, and a Lightning 150K funded account pays 1,000 Gems. Resets pay between 75 and 250 Gems depending on account size.

The exact amount for each product is shown on its card under the Purchases filter in the Missions tab.

What counts for the journaling, sharing, and Discord missions

Journaling. Session Scribe counts notes in the journal on your trader dashboard. One note for the day is all it takes, and it credits the moment you write it.

Sharing on social. Brand Boost is for posting a Tradeify post, or your own Tradeify content, on social media — up to two a day, one per network. It pays from a link to your post, and the team verifies it before it credits, so it will not appear the second you hit publish.

Sharing your trader card. Show Your Cards is a separate monthly mission. Share your trader card through the share sheet, by copying the link, or straight to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Discord. Any completed share counts, once per calendar month, credited instantly.

Discord. Quality Chatter needs five real messages of at least 20 characters in the Tradeify Discord, spread across five different hours of the day. The community bot counts them, usually within a few minutes. Connect your Discord first or the messages will not be seen.

When missions credit

Missions credit at six different times, and every mission card states which one applies to it:

  • Instant. Profile, leaderboard name, Discord connect, social follows, the daily journal note, and sharing your trader card. The card reads "Credited the moment you complete it."

  • Within a few minutes. The Discord activity mission, counted by the community bot.

  • After the trading day closes. In the Game is counted from your daily trade summary once the trading day closes, usually by 23:45 UTC. Green Print and Win Streak need the day's P&L to be final, so they count after midnight UTC, usually by 00:15 UTC. If you close a trade at lunchtime and check the mission an hour later, it has not been counted yet.

  • Within about half an hour. Milestone events — evaluation passes, approved payouts, Live promotions, a 150K funding — credit within an hour of the event reaching your account data, usually about 30 minutes.

  • After a manual check. The social sharing mission pays from a link to your post and is verified by the team before it credits.

  • Settled at the end of the month. The monthly missions (Top 100, Top 10, King of the Hill, Hold the Line) are decided from the final standings once the month closes in UTC, and settle usually within 15 minutes of the close — in practice, right at the start of the first day of the new month. They show as pending all month until then.

Rewards earned during end-of-day reconciliation: Tradeify's reconciliation process runs roughly 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM ET. A reward that lands in that window can take up to an hour to become claimable. Nothing is lost — wait an hour and check again.

Claiming your rewards

Some missions credit the reward straight into your balance. Others hold it until you press Claim on the mission card. Anything waiting to be claimed also appears in the dropdown under the level and Gems pill in the dashboard header.

Unclaimed rewards are never lost. They stay there until you claim them.

Reward not showing? Check in this order

  1. Have you accepted the Rewards Center Terms & Conditions? Nothing pays out or spends until you have, and the prompt returns whenever the terms change.

  2. Is it a trading mission? Those count Tradovate accounts only, and the mission card says so. Rithmic and WealthCharts trades do not count yet.

  3. Has the trading day closed? Trading missions cannot be counted before your daily trade summary exists.

  4. Is it a milestone? Evaluation passes, payouts, promotions, and allocations credit within about half an hour of the event reaching your account data — and events from before the program launched do not count at all.

  5. Is it just waiting to be claimed? Open the level and Gems pill in the header; anything owed to you is listed there.

If all five check out and a full day has passed since the close, contact support from your trader dashboard.

The Shop and TradePacks

The Shop is where you spend Gems. Each TradePack costs a fixed number of Gems and awards one card, which is a random prize drawn from that pack's published prize pool.

There are five TradePacks:

Pack

Cost

Notes

Paper

2,000 Gems

Entry pack — discounts and merch credit, with a small chance at an evaluation

Bull

7,000 Gems

Leverage

12,000 Gems

Whale

20,000 Gems

Diamond Hands

50,000 Gems

Top pack — best odds on the highest-value prizes

Prizes are graded by rarity — Common, Uncommon, Rare, Ultra, Legendary, and Mythic — and fall into four kinds:

  • Percentage-off coupons for a future Tradeify purchase.

  • Free accounts — evaluation or funded account credits. These are issued as 100%-off codes and redeemed at checkout the same way as any other code.

  • Account resets and other one-off items.

  • Merchandise credit — a fixed dollar amount applied automatically at the merch store. Merch credit is not live yet.

Rarity is relative to the pack. Each pack draws from its own prize pool, and a higher-tier pack has better prizes at every rarity, not only at the top. A Common pulled from Diamond Hands is worth more than a Common pulled from Paper. When comparing packs, read the full prize list on each one rather than the rarity names alone.

The odds are published before you spend

Every pack shows its pull rates per rarity and lists every prize in the pool with its individual chance, before you spend a single Gem. The result of an open is determined server-side at the moment you open the pack and cannot be changed afterward.

TradePacks are a game of chance. You can open a Diamond Hands pack and pull a Common — that is the mechanic working correctly, and that Common is still a stronger prize than a Paper Common would have been. Rarity odds apply to every open independently: there is no pity timer and no guarantee after a certain number of opens. A higher-tier pack improves your odds on the best prizes and raises the floor on the rest; it does not promise a top-rarity pull. Pack opens cannot be reversed or refunded.

The Vault: where your prizes live

Every prize you pull lands in the Vault. The header strip counts your cards, how many are still redeemable, your best pull, and how many packs you have opened. Filters split your collection by rarity and by Unredeemed versus Redeemed.

How to redeem a prize you have won

Click a card in the Vault to open it and reveal its code, then press Copy code. Paste that code at checkout on the Tradeify site — not inside the Rewards Center.

Four rules apply to every prize code:

  • Single use. Each code can be redeemed exactly once. After that, the card shows as Redeemed in your Vault.

  • No expiry. Prize codes do not expire. A card can sit in your Vault until you are ready to use it.

  • Locked to you. The code is issued against your own account and can only be redeemed by the email address that won it. It is refused for anyone else, so do not share it.

  • Scoped to eligible products. A discount code works on standard evaluation, funded account, and reset purchases. It is deliberately not valid on bundled or promotional package offers, which are already discounted, so the code is refused there. That refusal is expected behavior, not a broken code.

Giveaway codes

Under the pack shelf in the Shop there is a Have a giveaway code? link. Codes handed out through campaigns, community events, and promotions are entered there. A valid giveaway code grants a pack and opens it immediately at no Gems cost — you get the same reveal you would have had if you had paid, and the prize lands in your Vault as normal.

Giveaway codes and Vault prize codes are different things. A giveaway code is entered in the Rewards Center to win something. A Vault prize code is entered at checkout on the Tradeify site to redeem something you have already won.

The Leaderboard and seasons

The Leaderboard ranks traders by XP under their chosen public name. It never shows your real name or account details. It has two views: Season (XP earned in the current season) and All-Time. Your own rank is pinned at the top of the page, and the top three appear as podium cards with their Gems prizes.

The monthly leaderboard missions settle once the calendar month closes in UTC, usually within 15 minutes of the close, which in practice means the first day of the new month.

Public names are screened automatically for inappropriate language. If you would rather not appear by name at all, you can turn off showing your name on the rankings from your Rewards Center profile.

How seasons work

The program runs in seasons. Each season carries its own mission catalog, pack line-up, prize pool, and leaderboard.

Nothing you have earned is reset by a new season. Your Gems balance, your XP, your level, and every card in your Vault carry straight over. What resets is the season leaderboard: when a new season starts, season XP goes back to zero for everyone and the climb to the top starts again. Your all-time XP and all-time rank are unaffected. The monthly leaderboard missions settle against the calendar month, independently of the season.

Fair play. Missions are here to reward real trading and real participation. Tradeify may remove XP, Gems, and prizes, and may withdraw access to the Rewards Center, where rewards were earned through activity designed only to trigger missions, or through any other abuse of the program.

Rewards Center FAQs

Why does my trading mission still show zero after I traded today?

Trading missions are counted from your daily trade summary, which only exists once the trading day has closed and end-of-day reconciliation has run, roughly 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM ET. Check again after the next daily close. If it is still missing a full day later, contact support.

Why are none of my trades counting toward missions?

Check your platform first. Trading missions currently count Tradovate accounts only, and the mission card says so. Trades on Rithmic or WealthCharts do not count yet. If you are on Tradovate and a full day has passed since the close, contact support with your account details.

I have several accounts — do I earn several times?

For purchases, yes: every account you buy credits Gems, with no cap. For everything else, no. Repeating missions such as In the Game and Green Print count once for the day across all your accounts, and XP and Gems do not multiply with the number of accounts you hold.

I completed a mission but did not receive the reward

Some missions hold the reward for a manual claim. Open the Gems and level pill in the dashboard header — anything owed to you is listed there — or press Claim on the mission card itself.

Why can I not claim a reward I just earned?

If you earn a reward while end-of-day reconciliation is running, roughly 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM ET, it can take up to an hour to become claimable. Nothing is lost. Wait an hour, then check the Gems and level pill in the header again.

Why will it not let me claim a reward or open a pack?

This is almost always the Terms & Conditions prompt. You have to accept the Rewards Center terms before anything that pays out or spends will go through, and the prompt reappears whenever the terms are updated. Accept it and try again.

Why was my discount code rejected at checkout?

Check these three things, in order:

  1. Is it already redeemed? Your Vault shows the card as Redeemed.

  2. Are you using it on a bundle or package offer? These codes deliberately do not apply to those.

  3. Are you signed in as the account that won it? Codes are locked to the email address that won them.

If none of those apply, contact support with the code and the product you tried to use it on.

Where do I find the code for a prize I won?

Rewards Center → Vault → click the card → Copy code. The code is used at checkout on the Tradeify site, not inside the Rewards Center.

I won a free evaluation — how do I claim it?

The same way as any other prize. Free accounts are issued as 100%-off codes: open the card in your Vault, copy the code, and apply it at checkout on the product it covers.

Do my Gems or prize codes expire?

No. Gems stay in your balance and prize codes stay in your Vault until you use them.

What happens to my Gems and prizes if I lose my accounts?

You keep them. Gems, XP, your level, and everything in your Vault are attached to your Tradeify user rather than to any trading account, so they survive an account being breached or closed.

Can I buy Gems or give Gems to another trader?

No to both. Gems are earned only, through missions, level milestones, and qualifying purchases. They cannot be bought, transferred, sold, or withdrawn.

Can I change my leaderboard name or photo?

Yes. Both are set in your Rewards Center profile, from the avatar in the top-right of the page. Setting them for the first time also completes two Getting Started missions. Names are screened automatically for inappropriate language, and you can choose not to show your name on the rankings at all.

Why are my Discord missions not counting?

Your Discord account has to be connected through the Join the Floor mission in the Rewards Center, and you need to be a member of the Tradeify Discord server. Connecting is what lets the Discord missions see your activity — being in the server without connecting is not enough. If you connect and then leave the server, your activity there can no longer be seen and those missions stop counting.

Why did my leaderboard rank drop even though I earned XP?

The board is a ranking, not a score, so other traders earning faster will pass you. Also check which view you are on: the Season board covers the current season only, while All-Time covers everything.

Getting help and reporting bugs

Two routes, depending on what is wrong:

  • Something in the Rewards Center looks broken — use the report-a-bug button inside the Rewards Center. During the current rollout phase, the first report from you that the team confirms as a genuine bug pays XP and Gems. Reports go straight to the product team with your context attached.

  • A reward, code, or mission is not behaving — contact support from your trader dashboard.

To save a round trip, include:

  • The mission or prize name, exactly as it appears on the card

  • The date and time you completed it or tried to redeem, and your timezone

  • The trading account and platform involved, for trading missions

  • The code and the product you tried to use it on, for checkout problems

  • A screenshot of what you are seeing

Rewards, pack prices, prize pools, and limits are set per season and change when a new season is published. The Missions and Shop tabs are always the source of truth — every card states its own reward, odds, and timing.
