Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Open Your Rise Invitation Email
Once your payout is approved, check your email for an invitation to join Rise from Tradeify Holdings, Corp.
Action: Click the link in the email to begin signup
Can't find it? Check spam folder or contact Tradeify support to resend.
Step 2: Create Your Rise Account
Visit the signup link in your invitation or go to: https://pay.riseworks.io/sign-up
Enter:
First and last name (exactly as on your ID)
Email address (same as your Tradeify account)
Important: Rise uses email-based login for security. You'll receive a login link each time you sign in (expires in 20 minutes).
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
Choose account type: "Receive Payments" (free)
Fill in all required fields:
Personal information (name, date of birth, phone)
Address (current residential)
Tax information:
US Citizens: SSN or ITIN
International: Tax ID (your country's ID number)
Select "Individual" (not Business) unless you're a company
Sign the Master Service Agreement when prompted.
Step 4: Submit Identity Verification (KYC)
KYC verification is required by financial regulations to prevent fraud.
You'll provide:
1. A Live Selfie
Clear, well-lit photo
Face visible, no sunglasses/hats
Look directly at camera
2. Government ID Photo
📸 CRITICAL - Document Photo Requirements:

Take photo of physical document (not screenshot)
Include all four corners
Ensure good lighting with no glare
Make sure all text is readable
Upload both sides if applicable
Use original, unedited photo
❌ DON'T:
Use photocopies or scans
Edit or filter photos
Take photo of a photo
Submit expired documents
Crop corners out of frame
Common rejection reasons:
Blurry photo → Retake in better light
Corners missing → Include all four corners
Edited/filtered → Submit original only
Expired document → Use current ID
Step 5: Wait for Verification
Automated (most cases): Instant approval, proceed immediately
Manual Review (sometimes required): 1-3 business days
Rise's team will review your documents
Check email for any additional requests
Respond promptly if documents are needed
Step 6: Create Your Rise ID
After approval, create your account security:
Option 1: Password (Recommended)
18-42 characters
Include special character (!@#$%^&*_+)
Include at least one number
Option 2: Web3 Wallet (advanced users only)
Step 7: Save Your Recovery Code
After approval, you'll receive a 12-word recovery code. See the important warning at the top of this article for storage instructions.
Step 8: Add Withdrawal Method
Choose how you want to receive your funds:
Options:
Bank Transfer (ACH) - 1-3 business days
Crypto Tokens - Hours to 1 day
Local Currencies - Varies by region
How to add:
Go to "Withdraw" section
Select "External Accounts"
Choose your preferred method

Step 9: Join Tradeify's Team in Rise
FINAL REQUIRED STEP - Different from email invitation:
After completing your Rise account setup, you must join Tradeify's team inside the Rise platform.
Log in to Rise
Click "Action Items" in left navigation
Find the team invitation from "Tradeify Holdings, Corp"
Click "Accept"
Without accepting this team invitation inside Rise, you cannot receive payouts from Tradeify.
Team invitation expired? Contact Tradeify support to resend.
Verification Complete Checklist
Before requesting a payout, confirm:

Tradeify approves your payout → Within 24-48 hours, funds appear in Rise wallet

Can't find Tradeify invitation? → Look in "Action Items" tab, request new invitation if expired
Withdrawal method won't link? → Verify account details match verification name, contact Rise support with error message
