NOTE: Users are only able to trade their Tradeify accounts under Tradeify's company license with NinjaTrader. Users are NOT able to use their personal license (or any other) on Tradeify accounts.
Before starting, make sure you have logged in to https://trader.tradovate.com/welcome with the user credentials provided on your Tradeify User Dashboard and signed their Non-Professional Data Agreement.
If you do not complete this step, you will not have Live Market Data.
Note that after you complete the above, you may need to wait up to 15 minutes before logging into NinjaTrader to receive your Live Market Data and approval.
Download NinjaTrader desktop by logging in to NinjaTrader with your Tradovate credentials: https://account.ninjatrader.com/welcome
Use the Tradovate credentials from your dashboard to log into NinjaTrader Desktop.
Always choose 'Simulation' if you are on an Evaluation or Sim Funded (aka Lightning Funded) account!
Manual Lockout
You can voluntarily lock yourself out of trading for a set period using Manual Lockout. This feature is available through Tradovate Web Trader and NinjaTrader Mobile — once activated, the lockout is enforced across all platforms including NinjaTrader 8 desktop.
