What's included with every account
All Tradeify accounts include free Level 1 CME Group market data (CBOT, CME, COMEX, NYMEX). Level 1 gives you real-time best bid, best ask, and last traded price for every instrument you can trade.
You must sign the Non-Professional Data Agreement on your first login or your market data will be delayed.
Tradovate: how to add L2 or EUREX
If you have a Tradovate-based account and you'd like to add Level 2 (L2) data or EUREX access, follow the steps below.
1. Login into Tradovate
2. Click on Account Settings in your Tradovate account.
3. Select Subscriptions from the menu.
4. Click "Update Subscription" at the bottom.
5. Click on Depth of Market (Level 2) or EUREX (scroll lower) then Click Update.
Important Note: You will be billed directly by Tradovate.
Rithmic-based platforms: Level 1 CME only
This applies to Tradesea, Quantower, Sierra Chart, and R|Trader — every platform that uses your Rithmic credentials.
Rithmic accounts include free Level 1 CME Group data. Level 2 depth data and EUREX data are not yet available on Rithmic accounts, and they cannot be purchased from Tradeify, from Rithmic, or from the platform itself. Support is coming soon.
These platforms all include a DOM (Depth of Market) window. The DOM works on Level 1 data — it shows the best bid and best ask along with your own working orders, and it functions as a price ladder for order entry. A working DOM does not mean you have Level 2 data.
WealthCharts: Level 1 CME only
WealthCharts accounts include free Level 1 CME Group data. Level 2 depth data and EUREX data are not yet available on WealthCharts accounts, and they cannot be purchased. Support is coming soon.
The WealthCharts Trading DOM works on Level 1 data in the same way described above.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my DOM still show bid and ask prices?
The DOM works on Level 1 data. It shows the best bid, the best ask, and your own working orders, and it lets you place and move orders on a price ladder. Level 2 adds the full order book behind those top-of-book prices. A DOM that loads and trades normally is working as intended on Level 1.
Can I buy L2 or EUREX for my Rithmic or WealthCharts account?
No. These add-ons are not yet available on Rithmic or WealthCharts accounts and there is no way to purchase them today — not from Tradeify, not from the broker, and not inside the platform. Support is coming soon.
When will L2 and EUREX be available on Rithmic and WealthCharts?
Coming soon. We don't have a date to share yet. Announcements go out in Discord and this article is updated when anything changes.
Can I switch to Tradovate to get L2 or EUREX now?
You cannot switch between brokers (e.g., from Rithmic to Tradovate) without purchasing a new account. See Supported Platforms for what each broker includes.
Can I get a refund because L2 or EUREX isn't available on my platform?
No. Tradeify does not offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you agreed to our Terms of Service which states all sales are final. This applies to all accounts regardless of whether they have been traded on.
