Trade as a Company / LLC

One Tradeify account per user — personal or business. Receive payouts to a company/LLC via KYB (Know Your Business) verification at payout time, not signup. Required docs and process explained.

You may create a Tradeify account using either personal or business information. However, only one Tradeify account is permitted per user.

⚠️ One Account Per User

Creating separate accounts (for example, one personal account and one under a company/LLC) is not allowed. Each user may hold only one Tradeify account.

Please note that the First Name and Last Name fields do not allow spaces or punctuation, so be sure to keep that in mind when registering. Other than that, it does not matter how you structure it when creating an account.

The key difference between personal and business usage applies during the payout process, not during account creation.

If you wish to receive payouts under your company or LLC, you do not need to create a separate Tradeify account. Continue trading under your existing personal account and complete a KYB (Know Your Business) verification with our payment processor once you become eligible for payouts.

How the Process Works

  1. Continue trading using your existing Tradeify account.

  2. Once your payout request is approved, you will receive a link to complete the KYB process with our payment vendor.

  3. If the KYB process is successfully completed, payouts may then be issued to your company or LLC.

Important: Your Tradeify account email and your payment-processor account email must match.

KYB Documentation Required

The KYB process requires additional documentation compared to standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The required documents include:

  • Incorporation documents (LLC, Corporation, etc.)

  • Proof of ownership documents (varies by jurisdiction — in some countries ownership appears directly on incorporation documents, while others require separate documentation such as an Operating Agreement for many US-based LLCs)

  • Government-issued photo IDs for all individuals with 25% or greater ownership

Note: The total number of Sim Funded accounts cannot exceed 5.
