Funded Reset — FAQ

Breached your Select funded account? Funded Reset lets you buy a fresh funded account of the same size right away, instead of passing a new evaluation. Learn who’s eligible, how pricing works, and how long you have to buy.

What is Funded Reset ?

If your Select simulated-funded account is breached, you can pay a fee to get a fresh funded account of the same size straight away, instead of buying a new evaluation and passing it all over again.

Which accounts does it work for?

Select simulated-funded accounts at 50K, 100K and 150K, in both the Daily and Flex versions.

(This option isn’t available for the 25k Account).

It does not apply to evaluations, Growth accounts, Lightning accounts, 25K accounts, or real-money Live accounts.

What does the new account look like?

It is a brand-new funded account, the same size as the one you lost. It starts with zero profit, a full drawdown, a reset payout clock, and reset consistency progress. It is meant to be indistinguishable from any other newly funded account.

Think of it this way: you are buying back your position, not your progress.

How fast do I get the new account?

Purchasing the Funded Reset provides your new account instantly.

Can I switch between Daily and Flex when I buy a Funded Reset ?

No. Your new account keeps the same payout type, Daily or Flex, as the one you lost. You cannot switch between them at purchase.

Who Can Use It

Who is eligible?

You can get an offer when all of these are true:

  • Your breached account is a Select funded account at 50K, 100K or 150K.

  • It was breached within the last 30 days. After that the offer is gone.

  • Nobody has ever been paid out on that account's history (see the next question).

  • That account's history has used Funded Reset fewer than two times.

  • You don't hold a real-money Live account, and nobody in your household does.

  • You aren't under Live review or a compliance hold, and you haven't hit a purchase cap.

I took a payout on this account. Can I still use Funded Reset ?

No. Funded Reset is permanently inaccessible for any account with a payout recorded in its history—including previous resets, and any connected Funded Reset accounts. This restriction is absolute and cannot be bypassed or overridden by support.

The reason: a simulated-funded account pays out real money. Without this rule, someone could take a payout, deliberately blow the account, pay a small fee for a fresh one, and repeat.

Can I use Funded Reset more than once?

Twice at most for each account history, ever. There is no third use at any price.

The second use costs 10% more than the first.

I have a Live account. Can I still buy Funded Reset ?

No. You can't buy back into simulated trading while you hold a real-money Live account. This applies if someone in your household holds one too.

Price

How much does it cost?

The price comes from a fixed grid and depends on three things only: your account size, how many payouts (Total User Payouts/ User Total Payouts Since last Live movement) you have taken, and whether this is your first or second use.

Daily and Flex are priced the same.

Important Note: our price is based on your payout count at the time you buy, so it can change during your 30-day offer window. For example, if you take a payout on another account, you may move to a different row of the table. Payouts you are eligible to request but haven’t requested yet also count toward your total, as if you had already taken them.

Which payouts count toward my price?

Your price is based on the total number of payouts you have taken across all your accounts, not just the account that was breached.

If you have ever been moved to a Live account, only the payouts you've taken since your most recent move to Live count.

Note that this is separate from eligibility. Whether you can buy at all depends on the breached account's own history (see "I took a payout on this account"), while the price depends on your overall payout count.

Can I get a refund?

No Refund as per our refund policy.

I breached my account and I don't see an offer.

Check these first: is it a Select funded account at 50K, 100K or 150K, did the breach happen in the last 30 days, and are you eligible under the rules above. Offers can also be unavailable for reasons we can't change case by case, such as a previous payout on the account's history.

How long do I have to buy?

Once your account is breached and eligible, the offer stays available for 30 days. After that the offer is gone.

My quote expired, or my breached account's time ran out. What can I do?

It depends If you're still within 30 days of your breach: Your offer is still open.

If it has been more than 30 days since your breach: The Funded Reset offer is gone for that account.
