Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I trade while traveling to a restricted country?
A: Yes. These restrictions apply to your country of residency (where you permanently live), not your current physical location. If you are a resident of an eligible country (like the US) but traveling to or vacationing in a restricted country, you can continue trading normally.
Q: I live in a restricted country but I'm currently traveling elsewhere. Can I trade?
A: No. If your permanent residence is in a restricted country, you cannot access Tradeify's services regardless of your current location.
Evaluation Eligible / Live Funded Restricted Countries
The following countries (by residency) are eligible to purchase an evaluation account with Tradeify but will not be eligible for a Live Funded Account. They will remain on a Sim Funded account for the duration of their contract with Tradeify.
Important: Sim Funded accounts still receive real payouts with a 90/10 profit split. The only restriction for these countries is that you cannot upgrade to Elite Live accounts.
For users that are not eligible to hold a Live Account, a Risk Manager will be in contact to extend potential options or extend our decision on what will be the next step.
