If you break a rule and fail an Evaluation, you can reset your account at any time.
1- Click the "Reset" button on the failed account card.
2- After clicking "Reset", a new pop up will appear where you'll be able to Reset the account with Direct Payment (Only Option).
3- After clicking Submit, a new account with new account numbers will be created on your dashboard. It will have the same account type and settings as your previous account.
Reset FAQs
Q: Why don't I see a Reset button on my account?
A: The most common reason is that your account has expired. Purchase a new account from the dashboard if you'd like to continue trading. Other reasons include: your account is a Lightning Funded or Sim Funded account (which don't have reset options), or your account is still active and hasn't actually failed yet.
Q: How long does a reset last?
A: All Evaluation accounts are one-time purchases. After resetting, your new account remains active until you either pass the Evaluation or fail again. There are no recurring fees or renewal dates.
Q: Can I get my balance restored after a loss?
A: Balance restorations are only provided for confirmed platform-wide incidents affecting many users, such as server outages. Losses from normal trading, market volatility, or exchange-level events (like CME halts) are not eligible for restoration.
Q: Can I get a free reset?
A: Free resets are only available through TradeifyTV giveaways. They cannot be requested or given as accommodations, even for loyal clients or those who have received prior accommodations. This policy ensures fairness for all traders.
Q: Can I use a promo code for resets?
A: No, promo codes and discount codes do not apply to reset purchases. Reset fees have fixed pricing and cannot be discounted.
Q: Do reset credits expire?
A: No, reset credits do not expire. This includes courtesy reset credits. You can save them for future use. All sales are final per our Terms of Service.
Important Notes
There is no reset option for Lightning Funded or Sim Funded accounts. If you fail these accounts, the failure is permanent and you will need to purchase a new account to continue trading.
Resets are only available for Evaluation accounts (Growth and Select Evaluations).
